• Demo breakdown analysis and structural evaluation.
• Strategy calls and consultation sessions.
• Written reports, insights, and structural recommendations.
• Ongoing advisory engagements as agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platforms or communication channels.

Payment terms for services will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the following:

• All fees are due as specified in the agreed scope of work or invoice.
• Payments are processed securely via our designated payment providers.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

Due to the nature of our consulting and analysis services, all sales are generally final. However, we consider refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• The service was not delivered as agreed upon in the written scope of work.

By sharing materials with us, you represent that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not violate any third-party agreements or obligations.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality strategic analysis, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or conversion improvements resulting from our recommendations.

• Citrine Pixels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analysis or recommendations.
